Forty years ago I had a Milogram (?) on my back and I watched that and got sick so I don't even want to be awake. My colonoscapies (cant spell that either) are now going to be yearly. They did the procedure to check the back side of my prostate  because of high and increasing PSA numbers and it was OK but they went in to check my bladder and found a growth so they biopsied it and it was cancer so that is up to be checked every 3 months. That brought about concern for my kidneys so that is the next check coming. Such is life! GPster

I noticed a small bird flying into the shop this afternoon.  I chased it out a couple of times.  Then I looked around.  It was building a nest in one of the gloves of my sandblasting cabinet.  It was a good thing I was sitting still drinking beer or I would never have noticed the bird building the nest. :D

Good to read things are going smoothly (bad choice of words) for you.

We are over due for colon inspections by a few years.  With life and family complications.. we put some items off.

Some people try to turn back their odometers
Not me, I want people to know "why" I look this way.
I\'ve traveled a long way and some of the
roads weren\'t paved.

Quote from: "Crosley"This week at my brothers house, I have been spray painting the interior walls.
I have sprayed about 17 gallons of paint in 2 days.

Which type of sprayer did you end up using?

Went to a little show last evinig ig the neighboring village of Spring lake. Held in a big church parking lot. Bring what ya got, about 140 cars. There was a little breeze in the air and I stayed til almost dark.

Guess what...no head light. Got home before it was dead dark. Checked fuses - good. Check connections - sloppy terminal on the power feed to the switch but I might have knocked that loose myself. Go out next to the radiator to check the light relays, found a slightly corroded relay blade. That fixed it. This car has been a delight to put about 180,000 mil;es on in the first 35 years or so. Sitting around for 6 more years has proven problematic.

We do have the technology to fix it though. I put the top down Wednesday...I'm gonna see how long I can leave it in the well.
A good friend will come and bail you out of jail...but, a true friend will be sitting next to you saying. "Wow...that was fun!"

I used an airless sprayer. Large one where the 5 gallon bucket sits under the pump - motor.

My Brother found paint at Phoenix warehouse House Paint supply deal.  I think it was 60 dollars per 5 gallon bucket. Purty inexpensive house paint.

The original rear bumper on my 2005 Silverado was falling apart from rust. So I bought a new replacement. I had to torch off every single bolt that held the bumper on. And of course the bolts are special so I will have to modify carriage bolts to work.
Welcome to hell. Here's your accordion.

It is time to work on the brakes some more.  Simple job.  Should not take more than a couple more years.

Vickie's Torino was like that.
We sold it.  :D

Good Luck, and I hope you find the demon.
You never have time to do it right the first time but you always have time to do it again.

I did a couple versions of this painting, I like this one best. It's acrylic on prepped hardboard, 12" X 16".

Great job.  I like your work.  If I had done this one, (which I can not) I would call it "Sinister"

Hooley brought me a new wall hanger for the shop.  I wish it was still on the car instead of hanging on my wall of fame/shame.  Its the driver side quarter window from the "Okie Twister". If you look close, you can see the Lady Luck decal that he always has on the race cars.  He also carries a lucky horseshoe but it disappeared in the wreck and has not been found.

I received a letter stating that Pueblo has been cancelled for this year. No surprise there. They will refund or transfer the entry to next year.
