Irrigation? Why would anyone WANT to mow?!

Holy crap, am I ever tired and sore!! Siding a building with no experience and no help is a *!! I have 3 of the 4 walls finished as of this evening, and I only swore a few times.

The only thing left to do on this end is the fascia trim and some landscaping.

The garage isn't even finished and it's already a mess! Most of it is materials for the garage so I guess that's ok. :o

Boyd Who, I probably shouldn't say this and be a bearer of bad news. BUT your garage is TOO small!! :P    Looks good, nice job.

No, it just needs a bigger door so he wouldn't have to cut all those short pieces of siding. GPster

I've been working on my latest project. A 1968 taco 44 mini bike. This is the frame in 69 Plum Crazy purple. This is probably going to be garage art when finished. I don't think it makes sense so I won't try to justify it. It was pretty rough when I started.

LMAO at both of you!!
Garages are never big enough, are they? Considering I didn't have ANY garage at all when I built my '48 Chevy p/u all those years ago, even a small garage is appreciated. At 20' x 22' this new one certainly isn't huge, but combined with the smaller 12' x 20' garage that was here we have lots of storage space.  :D
Oh yeah...it looks like I'll have power in it before the end of the week. The guys were here today doing some preliminary work and may be back tomorrow to tie the sub-panel into the main panel in the house. Woohoo!!

That's right, they are too small before they are half done

Garage is turning out nice Al.

Busy day again today. Welded up a tailgate cover, repaired a commercial mower bag, fixed the muffler on a Wacker tamper, and tried to trace down electrical gremlins in a 57 Chevy, no luck so far.

They also poured the concrete for my rear porch today. Only took 10 months

I really ought to be running the vacuum so the house doesn't look like I've been "baching" it for 3 weeks. Picked up our Jeep today. Had it repaired by someone that new where to look for the solution (on the NET). Seems the back of the cylinder head and the firewall tend to work on the wiring for the injector. My dog has an appointment with his "Specialist" at 1:00 and then me and the"Boys" can knock around Columbus and then get a motel room and wait for Linda's flight to land at 11:30. Only about half the things on my list got done but then I have a list of things that got done that weren't even on a list . GPster

i had a Taco mini bike in 68 or so.  I installed a slick tire off a go cart on the back.  Do burn outs with the mini bike in the street

If you wore a jean jacket and Converse, you were my hero. I remember a kid doing the same thing when I was little (mid-70s). Man did I want a minibike, BAD.

I'm repainting a couple of parts tonight. This was easier when I had good eyes.

spent the day cutting rust out of my 65 mercury truck. this is the one to replace the 65 ford truck I currently drive.I had to remove the lower 1/4 of the driver side A pillar.A little more cutting tomorrow and I should be able to start welding some metal back in.

Finished up the tailgate for the AD truck. I welded a louvered cover on it, with the hidden latches. Ready for finish bodywork, and paint. Then started repairing a bucket for a backhoe.
