Gasoline break point

2.94 this morning.. I haven't gassed up my truck in a few weeks as we've been using the grand prix but with all the snow i decided to truck it today.. I got gas in the G/P last Wednesday at 2.84 then in the evening the raised it to 2.95   I got em.. ya i saved what 3 bucks maybe..

at what price point would you curtail your driving? I know that I tend to wait until I have several errands to do in Toledo to drive into town, where I didn't do that in the past. But I mean what price would have you making a drastic change?

I would probably go until it hit 4.50 a gallon, then start  looking to carpool to get to work., 50mi round trip.
