Are you looking to fly or take a magic carpet ride...?  :D  :D

At least now you'll be able to take your nail clippers...!!

You stand more of a chance being hurt by getting out of your chair than by flying on a jet.

Every time the flight attendant walks by, ask her "Are we there yet?" :?

Have fun and enjoy the in-flight movie. :)    (Airport)

And don't get lectured like I did because I asked the pilot after a bouncy landing whether we landed or got shot down... 8)

And ask the flight attendant whether the pilot was Navy or Air Force; that'll give you an idea of what type of landing you'll have... :D  :D  :D

And no matter what they tell you, Oxygen does not come out of the cabin masks when they drop from the compartments in an emergency. The only Oxygen on board goes to the pilots masks. The passengers get straight cabin air along with the attendants...

You could start a craps game in the galley...  ~:)

Take bets with the people around you and play "Guess who the Air Marshall is"... :?:  :)

Join the "Mile High Club"... 8)  :D  :D

Just keep yourself occupied and you'll be fine... :D

I think it started when he met Carps and started hanging around with us Aussies!

They only have the landing gear fail.  One in L.A. yesterday and one in Boston today

And of course you know the real reason they have oxygen masks?

Seriously, think about this, lightning never strikes twice, so you've had your aircrash for this month.  Thus your flight should be safe.

FWIW, my very first flight was on a DC10, the morning after an engine fell of a Pan-Am DC10 and it went down in the Pacific, you don't recon I was just a little nervous?   Nowadays, I'd rather catah a plane, any plane, than a city bus.
Carps

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is a gift.

Carps

Alternateley, call the NHSTA or whoever they are and ask them for the road death stats for yesterday.  I'll wager more than double the number of people died in road accidents than in air crashes.

I'd even wager than a lot more died in accidents at their work.

Gee, a smart, good looking gal like yourself and a subject line that begs us to believe this could be a first, or at least unexpected? That's the surprise!

Here's a thought, http://www.greyhound.com/ ...............

Merry Christmas sweetheart.............you to Rob.

PS: I haven't flown in over a decade. I think the same folks that work at my local lube stop are moonlighting as airline mechanics on their off days with these latest rounds of pay cuts and force reductions in the name of competition.
Maybe that's a little harsh but I do worry about cost cutting actions and their probable results!
