Thank you. On a journey like this, the path can be twisty. :?

Here is progress on the passenger side, no extra charge for the required tools list. Rearward seat support (in foreground, bottom pic) has been relocated.

in regard to the seat belts I have been told its best to mount to the body when the body can be separated from the frame.

Absolutely. My inquiry refers to fore/aft location of mount vs seat. I am told theres a formula or equation to calculate a most effective range of placement. I would think its common knowledge in race car shops but I don't know how to find out. I can just study several different OE cars and look for a pattern then take a guess if it comes down to that.

Another day's work has me near ready to weld in the passenger seat pan and all thats left is the tunnel notch patch after that. It will be strange changing scenery. I am squatted out.

Hang on boys, I'm gonna floor it!

I fabricated two dozen pan pieces thus far. I need to add corners to the trunk pan in a couple spots, nothing major. Tubs? What tubs?

Stand by, to go below for that long awaited change of scenery. :)

Patch work quilt completed. :) What will be used for anti squeak between the floor pan and the frame rails? I sure like those Flintstone wheels. :)
