Local gasoline prices

Up where I live N of Toronto..diesel and gas are about the same price. Sometimes diesel is literally a few cents more or less.Also..diesel up here= home heating oil. Pretty much the same. Home heating oil is literally only a few cents per litre cheaper. Literally.Pretty much everyone fills their tank come late summer/early fall..into the fall. Understandably. Oil tanks are about 800(small) to about 1500 litres..averaging about 1000 litres. Mine is 1100. SOOooo now that everyone pretty much has had their tanks filled(0r it is done automatically by contract AT about $1.30 per litre. Gas has been running..about $1.32 or so..dropping  a fair bit in the last week to about $1.25. There is talk of it dropping to less than $1 by Christmas.
Gee..my tank does not have much in it. (I can and often do top it up with 4 large gas cans.) My neighbour just had his filled. If gas drops to $1.
I am saving like $300 on a tank of heating oil!!
What a stupid game

Saw it (87) from a low of $3.66 at a Sinclair station to  high of $3.87 at a Shell station tonight; the only price I saw for diesel #2 was at the Shell, $4.27.

It's very interesting how certain states have gas prices dropping just before the election, while other states are maintaining high prices.

Just filled up my 67 Dodge Charger with $38 worth of premium at $3.539.

$3.60 to $3.80 for 87 Oct. (Shell is still the highest), E-85 is $3.34, and #2 Diesel is $4.00 to $4.25.
