Was out for a short drive with the grandson today and saw $3.39.9. If I remember right that is about where it stood before it went up 20 cents or so in advance of the hurricane a week ago.

Yesterday (Election Day) I seen REG for 292.9 on the way to my moms house about 12am, returned home about 2am and the price was 298.9!

Today 319.9

It will take a Philadelphia Lawyer to figure out petrol pricing.
Near my place in the Eastern burbs of Melbourne  Australia it varies between $1.35 and $1.45AUD per litre. for 92 octane ULP    depending on discount cycle       .[  4.55 litres make up one imperial gallon.]
The bit I cannot figure is that our dollar is over par with USD . Hovers about 1.02-1.05 USD to our dollar. and a barrell of oil is around $85 USD.
Some 4 or 5 yrs ago when our dollar was worth around the 80 US  cents mark a barrell of oil was near $140USD and we were paying just a fraction more.
Our price though is set by "Singapore Crude"
