Same as Fuzzy, here. Haven't been on much. I broke my pelvis when I was 17. Had some serious down time. It sucked. Semi-crushed, broken in 7 places. I feel for you.

Do what they tell you other than squeezing the buttocks. I don't know who's buttocks you are squeezing but you'd better cut it out! You'll get slapped.
