73-87 X member on '49 1 ton chevy panel frame

The boys and I got into the frame this weekend and started taking off the excess rivets and mounts. Not a ton of fun but getting there. Just about have the old front spring mounts off.

Stopped at Dundee Truck & Trim and measured up a roller he had out there so we can put the holes in the right places this time.

I think we'll patch up the firewall a bit before we go further. Needs the toe boards on both edges and inner and outer cowl on the passenger side.
