You're correct, except when it was shown there it was owned by the previous owner, who lives just south of Denver.

I just purchased the car and now it will be shown more in and around Arizona.

It's nice to know that it is so recognizable.

Thanks
Doc

Quote from: "40"Welcome! I believe I have seen your car at the Goodguys in Colorado Springs ....sounds like you're having fun!

Thanks Cal I appreciate your kind words of welcome and I'm pleased that you like my new toy. Thanks

So far I am enjoying your forum and haven't experienced too much gunk as I have on other forums. Which is nice for a change.

Thanks to all!

Quote from: "47wood"As has already been said:  she is a real sweeeeeet ride!  Nice to have the option with the fenders.  Welcome to the RRT Doc, nice folks here.  Good luck on running down the heritage.  Cal

Hey thanks  :P , that's a TERRIFIC TIP  . I'll check into that. THANKS so much for the idea. SO far you get the PRIZE  :T) for the most probable idea for tracking down the original builder. THANKS

"Doc" :b-d:

Quote from: "exsedan"IF, by chance, the wiring is a Ron Francis kit, the panel will have a serial number that is traceable to the person that ordered the wiring. Same goes for the rear end housing IF it is a Currie unit.........EXSEDAN

HEY I just noticed that you're from Ridgecrest. I grew up there and graduated from Burroughs High in '62.

I was one of the youngest members ever in the Dust Devils Car Club back in the 60's and grew up on Inyokern Drag strip.

Here's a few photos of me you might enjoy seeing:

By the way, here's some photos of the SPAL fan I put on my Shelby

Quote from: "Leon"I'm setting up the Packrod with a Spal and like the fact that it doesn't use a lot of space.  It does pull some power, but you don't get something for nothing!

Thanks I appreciate your comments. It's nice to hear from you.

Thanks

Quote from: "Nick32vic"Doc,

I think your car is beautifull.  Personally i like it fenderless, but it sure does look good both ways!  I really think the wheel and tire combo make the car. They are perfect size, not to small to look funny, and not to big to distract the eye from the rest of the car.

Hope you find the builder!

Thanks, it's always nice to hear that others like my 33 as much as I do. Thanks

I have a pretty good lead on who might have built it. A guy in Jacksonville, Fl named Kenny Ferguson MAYBE. We'll see.

Thanks
