Got this in an email from Larry Wolfe.

Hand made 1/6 scale chevy 327 engine

That motor even has a scale sounding V8 Chebbie exhaust !! :D

The guy needs to now build a 1/6 scale 32 Ford Hiboy Roadster to wrap around it.

I follow these items with fascination. I've seen some of these engines run. I fall in love every time. I don't think that is in my future because of the eyesight required to do something that small. I'm very respectful of those that do.

The workmanship that goes into these models is awe inspiring but...
Why not put the same effort into a full size model? I know that because I have to ask the question I will never fully understand the answer. I grew up making models and dreaming of having the real thing.  
I have taken some machining classes so I understand the amount of work that goes into making the engine on a Bridgeport. I do not want any confusion, I am not trying to demean their work, I just cannot understand why someone with those skills would not want to drive the car/ motor.     :-o
