New Carpet Pics

Spent the weekend laying the new carpet in the 54.  Used a few of the tips I got here such as the double thinckness insulation on the firewall and the "J" strip trick.

Not perfect but I think the few wrinkles I have left I can get worked out.

Good job. Looks nice.

Put it out in the sun with the windows rolled up. The heat might help the carpet relax a little.

Looks GREAT !!   The carpet will start to conform to the shape of the floor in a week or so....I Bet it's a BUNCH quieter in there now
