although I still do not have an indicator light hooked up for my alternator  , I did buy a pig tail at A-Zone for it.

I also bought an economy gauge panel set from Summit for the car.... basic oil , water , volts gauges in 2 5/8 inch size.  I blasted the chrome panel and painted it semi flat black.. I may pull the chrome trim rings off the gauges

I got the volt meter and oil press gauge hooked up today... tomorrow night  the water temp.

why not drill a hole between the new  gauges and put it there....

yes, I was at the light in the dash deal.......

then I ordered the gauge panel for some reason.

one item I learned in looking for an indicator light is most of them need a large hole drilled.  1/2 inch or larger.

couple of lights on the pages you posted are at 5/16 hole is needed... more to my liking
