Do all Chevys with 5x4 3/4" bolt pattern use the same center hole size?

Ive never had a problem swapping back and forth.. other than a disk brake clearance issue But..

Thanks.  I'm trying to determine if Corvette C4 or C5 discs will slip onto 55/6/7 hubs.  It works with early A body and 1960s B body drum brake hubs.
