AKA The Knoxville Nationals, Wold of Outlaws grand final or something like that.

It's the biggest sprintcar race meet in the world, with drivers from all over the world all headed to Knoxville, Iowa, for a whole week of sprintcar racing to decide the best of the best in the world.

even been on the "waiting list" for tickets.

Tickets can be had Vance.. I have a friend that used to go every year. Next time i see him at a show ill ask but im sure he never had a problem gettin em. I wat to go too but i dont think it will be this year.. We will have to set a date and meet there.. Oh ya ive already met sammy and got his autograph as well as steves and others    I got sammys at the first ever bristol race  :!:

I went awhile back with some friends....It's really neat if you're serious about sprint cars.....Lots to see if you take the time to look.....It's built into the grandstands at the track...

Oh ya the museum is a must.. When my mom was alive her and dad and a friend went to knoxville for the nats and they had a ball. They may have gone twice? I cant remember. I do have a knoxville raceway beer can and im looking at it now     Yup its empty and i dont know if mom or dad drank it  Its one of my many treasures.. My mother was in la la land cause she bought a kinser t shirt for my youngest boy and when she got up to steve to have him sign it and told him her grandsons name was steve they talked for about 10 or 15 minutes.. Mom talked about that for months. Steve is a hell of a nice guy and one year at I96 speedway north of here we had a rain out and my youngest and i chatted with steve for about an hour... I didnt even ask for an autograph .. Ha Ha I got it 2 hours before...
