Little update on my new shop, got the ceiling up this weekend with a lot of help from my friends.  Thanks to Charlie Chops, Rob, Bob, Curt, George, Mike, Guy, Marty and Art. Good friends are appreciated.

I like the use of sheet metal as an interior wall and ceiling covering.  Couple of my friends have used it in their shops.  The white enamel  really makes the insides bright.

Sounds great, looks good too.  Stamped metal on the ceiling?

I am curious on how the heat is working for you?

I have been wondering how the  shop building was going.  Looks really good.

I can not find the brass pole in the pictures.

Cold like Michigan here.  I am looking forward to Florida next week.

Looks Good Ken! I did the entire interior of my Brother-in-laws shop in the white steel......He loves it! The best thing is that you can order the exact lengths needed and very little trimming is required.Your installation looks much easier, the rafters in his shop were 6' on center and required extra framing between.Do those guy work for beer  :P

The heat is working, but would only bring the building into the 50's, now with the ceiling in I hope it will improve.  I will be adding the insulation soon.  Basically the system is at capacity with the open ridge and open vents.  When I have the R60 ceiling and R35 wall insulation in it should be fine, if not, I will add another water heater and double my BTU input.  Evan in the 50's, the warm floor is great.
