Big Olds-Dave Bell

Is that "Big Olds" in the Dave Bell cartoon in this issue of Street Rodder? The reference to Steve seems to indicate that it is. That girl and her car sure get a lot of ink.

I saw that and yes it is the Big Olds.

Yep, I've got it right here at work with me today. Says Project on the side of him and Big Olds on the front license plate. I'll scan and post it when I get home. This is very exciting. I'm going to contract Dave Bell and see if I can get a poster size copy of it.

What an AWESOME, AWESOME man Dave Bell is. I just finished a wonderful conversation with him. We spoke like we've been old friends for years. It'd be hard to find a nicer man on this planet.

I did buy the original artwork, poster size....whats another couple of months of saving for a top for Big Olds in the scheme of things. It will hang front and center on the large wall in my hot rod kitchen. I'll post a photo of it once it's here, framed and hanging on the wall.

I made a new friend for life!!
