Hi,
On the 46 ford sedan,It stops good, but I think the peddle is too low,but not on the floor ,not even close.
I have a mixture of parts.
I have the rear out of a 85 monteSS
Front disc are off a 76 monte
The proportioning valve is off a 76 monte
The swing peddle and power booster&master are out of a broncoll.
all the lines are 3/16 but the one from the valve to the rear, and that is 1/4".
Do you think I should change the 1/4 to 3/16 too?
Any ideas?
thanks Russ

Ok ive got a question Russ.

You say swing pedal? This meaning your M/C is firewall mounted? If so it should work just fine or actually better than an under floor mount. :?:
I like 3/16 all the way for lines but the 1/4 shouldnt be a problem but if your feeling frisky  change it out for a 3/16
.. Another thing.... power brakes :?:  Never run em :!:
Dave
ps :breaks is broken,,,,, brakes will stop you...  8)  8)    8)

What's the bore on the master cylinder? The calipers you have need a 1" bore master cylinder.
Welcome to hell. Here's your accordion.

The size of the lines will NOT affect the pedal of your brakes.

If it isn't leaking, you will gain NOTHING by changing from 1/4" to 3/16".
