Gail and I wish everyone a safe and Happy 4th of July!! :D  :D   It will be a busy one here, the grand kids will be here later tonight and we have a big celebration in town that starts at 7 bells in the morning. Kiddie parade at 10 with the big parade at 10:30, at noon or when the parade is over the fun begins at the park with the stands and rides and a super show by the Shriners from Sioux City, a mini car and tractor show, a huge BBQ contest with 800 bucks in prize money, sweetooth baking contest plus a few more. Then at 4 the fire dept starts seting up for the big fire works display, gotta dig the holes to set the mortor tubes for the over 300 shot display when it's dark enough, it's pretty cool as we shoot them over the city dam and the reflection is great! 8)   So here's hoping you have a fun filled day and have a safe one too!!!!   Bill and Gail,  the moparrodders in western Iowa

I hope everyone has a Great Day!! It is truly a great country in which we live! I will be working tomorrow......Already playing catch-up :roll: I gave the guys the option of working or taking the Holiday off......I may be on my own tomorrow! Have fun and be safe!!

actually, they do have cow chip throwin' contests :shock:

the Women's division is partucularly competitive, the Gals can hurl the turds pretty far :-o

That sweet tooth contest sounds good to me. I'm out in the garage repainting what i messed up from yesterday.  :oops:
