4 foot tall is accepted max height of a little person( Midget is not a PC term).  

Since I tower over 5'7" that indicates I am not a little person & I am quite a bit taller than you.

He was the first one I called, the upper surround and the center bar arrived today. Need to be rechromed so will run the repaired one this summer and fix it right over the winter.

STIL NEED 2 0R 52 CHEVY GRILLE TEETH.
