I think I remember you saying that you've been to this one before.  I might go.  Is it usually crowded and do things generally sell at a reasonable price?  I see they add a 10% buyer's fee onto your bid price.  Its been a long while since I've been to an auction but I don't remember that happening before.

Buyers Premiums have become much more common
in the last several years.

Well, price depends on want. At the last auction, I bought two roller drawer base cabinets with 7 drawers each for $25 a piece. Of course the first one they sold went for $100, but they had about 100 for sale. The last ones went for  four for $50. the only problms with the two I bought, the top of the cabinette was dented on both. The auction before that, I bought a whole pallet of boxes for $10, they looked pretty sad, but by combining parts, I got 7 tool boxes out of the bunch, three with roller drawers. I have been installing them under the bench to hold parts.

I bought digital calipers for four for $15, they needed batteries. 1/2" cordless hammer drills for four for $50.

There was about 200 bidders there the last time. The buyers premium is not a problem as long as you don't go crazy bidding.
