Chev/GMC Van Steering Column

Lookin for a 60's - early 70's tilt steering column out of a Chev/GMC van. The ones with no key, but with the gear selector. I think they are about 33" long. If you can think of something else that would work, let me know, but don't want the S 10 with the dimmer switch, wipers, cruise etc on it.

Dodge vans of the same era used a GM tilt too.

Actually mid 70's to mid 80's I believe. I have one in my 46 Ford and one in my 53 F100. Getting hard to find, and many need rebuilding. some of the aftermarket ones are copies of these. Joe

That looks like a good deal. Around here one that needs all the levers replaced or rechromed goes for $100. That little plasic thingy for the shift indicator is $34 new.

I bid the $72.56......just as a extra spare..... 8)
I already have one in the 32 Roadster and one in the 32 3W...and 1 as a spare...just in case.



I have bought them for as little as $25.......but they bring $175 and up for nice ones NOW.....
RETIRED.....no phone, no work and No money  :?

A lot of step vans used the same tilt column, as did motor Homes built on GM chassis
