She's a long way from done, but she's up and running. :D   Went to Kazoo with no major problems except some tire rubbing and gas tank cap leaking.  I have installed new rear tires and no more rubbing.  the new tank is here and if I can quit driving it a while   I well install it.  No speedometer yet but I estimate abut 400 miles under her.  It'll look beter by spring!

Not me, I want people to know "why" I look this way.
I\'ve traveled a long way and some of the
roads weren\'t paved.

I do not know how it could look better.  Well, maybe some flames.  But you know I have this thing for flames.

I agree, it'd be hard to improve on that, but flames would be good!

Man Ken you are on a roll, new tires already! Really glad for you that it's running down the road. You can always wait till winter for the new tank if you can't quit driving it long enough to change tanks
Some days it\'s not worth chewing through the restraints.

Thats a great car Ken. I was really impressed with the leg room. Thanks for the grand tour At the Nats last weekend.

Glad to hear the tire rubbing problem has been remedied.

I like the custom steering wheel

If I could get a small loan from you, I could fix that.  I'll be on a fixed income soon ya know!  My last day of work should be Dec. 23 and I can list car shows as my job.  Make that a big loan and I'll get one of them banjo's.

Well you have all winter to tweak her. Maybe you'll be able to make it up here next spring for the Appreciation Day & picnic?

Ken,

You make me feel bad. Been working on mine for close to 6 years and not on the road yet and you have yours on the road in less than 6 months. Looks good. Maybe that Chevy wheel is needed to keep that ford going straight .
