Hi Gang! I'm new to your forum and pleased to have finally found RRT.
To get things off to a good start- I need your help.

If you recognize my 33 Cabriolet, which I just bought, or can tell me anything that might lead me to the builder of this car I'd appreciate your help. I'm trying to trace down it's origin and past history. I need your help.

A little background for you- as best I know. The car, I'm told, was built by a Pro Rod Builder somewhere in Florida about 10 years ago. At some point it is supposed to have placed in the Top 25 at a big show in Pegeon Ford TN. Later to be purchased by someone in or around Oklahoma City, then sold about 2 years ago to the previous owner, Ed Cromer of Littleton, Colorado, whom I purchased the car from just recently.

I call it "Camelion" because it has been run both WITH and WITHOUT it's fenders. As shown here:

Your assistance would be MOST appreciated in tracking down it's past. Also if yuo have seen my car before and have any info, photos or etc of it I'd appreciate hearing from you.

Thanks, it's always nice to hear that others like my 33 as much as I do. Thanks

I have a pretty good lead on who might have built it. A guy in Jacksonville, Fl named Kenny Ferguson MAYBE. We'll see.

Thanks

Doc,

I think your car is beautifull.  Personally i like it fenderless, but it sure does look good both ways!  I really think the wheel and tire combo make the car. They are perfect size, not to small to look funny, and not to big to distract the eye from the rest of the car.

Hope you find the builder!

IF, by chance, the wiring is a Ron Francis kit, the panel will have a serial number that is traceable to the person that ordered the wiring. Same goes for the rear end housing IF it is a Currie unit.........EXSEDAN

Hey thanks  :P , that's a TERRIFIC TIP  . I'll check into that. THANKS so much for the idea. SO far you get the PRIZE  :T) for the most probable idea for tracking down the original builder. THANKS
