Is there anything special about this transmission?

One of my buds has been giving me all kinds of stuff that he has scrounged for free lately. Actually this is nothing new, the pace has just picked up a bit. Last week he gave me 2 Chevy TH400 transmissions. One of them has the letters "HD" cast into the bellhousing. I've never seen one like this. Does it have "Heavy Duty" stuff in it or something?

Yes it has some heavier parts. Tony would be better to answer specifics but it is usually out of a Motorhome or step chassis.
