Did you see that Tesla has a car that gets 16,000,000,000 miles per charge?

There is so much to think about there. Is there air in the tires? How much? As the tire deteriorate Will they blow out? Will the paint fade from the unfiltered UV radiation?  What would another civilization think it is? Lots of electronics, no apparent power supply, and no means of propulsion?  What if they reverse engineer it, and it flies because of a small mistake? So many questions.

It must connect to a 426 Hemi Charger. Either that or they just got confused with how much they charge.

Wonder how long before it runs into a Saturn ? Probably gets roasted by a Sunfire ! Wonder how many Galaxies it passes ? Ford should have launched a space Probe long ago ! It will be overtaken by all the Satellites out there . Jeez , I'm on a roll

Watch out for that Comet....
Wasn't there a Star and a Moon out there back in the Twenties?
It did get past those low flying Falcons and Hawks.

Look out for the Nova !

lofat46

As it lifted off through the Sky I wonder when it got high enough if the Aurora borealis was visible? Will it fly through or to the Omega star system? I wonder what the Apollo astronauts would think of having this type of vehicle on their Moon landings instead of the Rovers they used. I hope it doesn't run into a Nova because getting close to a new star being born could Rocket it 88 ~:) billion miles in any direction.  I guess you could call it a true Starliner.

Hopefully Starman doesn't get distracted by a sexy Starliner headed for Mercury. There are a lot of Meteors there. But I'd bet Elon Musk has a couple of Rocket 88's stashed somewhere to make sure the flight stays on course.

Joking aside, I thought the launch was extremely impressive for a maiden test flight. Watching the side boosters return to earth and land safely was a really cool part too.

*edit* Oops, Lofat you beat me to the punch with Starliner and Rocket 88. :D

Same thing happened to me. Chimp Koose beat me by seconds with "Nova".   :P

As it passes through the SKY, possibly on it's way to TAURUS, maybe they will blow the horn & wave to VEGA, while turning away from the SOLARA, to avoid paint issues.....Hopefully, while traveling through the CELICA,it will avoid  colliding with an ASTRO, thus lessening any chance of an ECLIPSE ........   :?
