UGLY OLDS

Hey guys .....Silly question ,I know .....When you go to Minnesota & the UP where it gets BIG TIME serious cold, they have receptacles in the parking lots where overnight heaters can be plugged in to help cars start in the winter ........ Can these same outlets be used to charge your electric car on an "all day" basis???    Say, plug in when you get to work ....Unplug to go home with a fully charged battery ????
 Just a thought ..... :?

I would imagine that the Watts/Amps used to keep a hot engine warm the Watts/Amps to charge a low battery pack don't compare favorably for the amount of change you can put in the quarter slot. GPster
