Adam West aka Batman has died

I remember coming home to watch Batman. He was a good actor for the part. R.I.P.

The only REAL bat man . I can still remember running off to the paddling pool in my neighborhood with my towel as a cape . Each kid running called out which super hero he was until they were all gone . Bat man was usually the first one called out . In adult life I always had a little chuckle about the "life lessons" bat man would bestow upon Robin as they invariably scaled the wall in each episode . RIP sir .

He was just the right person to portray the comic book at that time. Embracing the absurdity of the stories, sets, and groovy costumes while doing justice to the character. Plus best theme song and hero car EVER! They may have had as much fun making the episodes and movie as we had watching them over and over. I just hope they placed his belt in the casket because you never know...
