Vintique overflow tank

Stupid questions BUT; I have a 17" Vintique overflow tank and cannot figure out which outlet on the bottom goes to the radiator overflow hose and which outlet just drains to the ground. One outlet is slightly longer than the other.

Slowly pour water into the top of the tank & note what tube the water drains from first out the bottom ...The radiator overflow hose will go on that nipple ....
