This morning about 10 am, the door bell rang. The guy at the door, told me that I didn't know him, but he saw me welding several times when he went by. He said he had a stroke, had to take an early retirement., and was cleaning out some stuff he no longer used out of his shop. I told him I would be down this afternoon.

When I went down there, he gave me the sanding and grinding discs, a whole milk case full, a dresser, a working window air conditioner, and an Atlas model 5010 4" by 38"belt, 10" disc sander on the original stand. It just needs a new switch, plus a box of belts and discs for it.

This is a top quality american made industrial sander. Not a bad deal for a half mile drive.

That belt sander is sweet, he knew you'd appreciate the stuff and put it to good use.

I think I envy you; that is a great catch on the sander, Those are becoming very hard to find; good deal on the grinding wheels too.
Rrumbler - Older, grouchier, broken; but not completely dead, yet.
