Hi all,
I bought a ford 8" posi  third member ,should i use a special oil?
who can help me with an exploded view

There are both special lubricants and additives for conventional gear oil to be used in these units. Either approach is highly recommended, though I'm not sure what brands might be available in Europe.

I've used various gear oils from dyno oils to synthetic oils  that were listed for posi type differentials.. these oils all allowed the diff to  chatter on my 8 inch Ford posi till I added Ford CM-19546-A1  additive

that's the ONLY stuff we use at the shop.
ford posi additive seems to be the best

I am not finding anything on the net with a blow up of the Posi unit. It's pretty simple.

more than any of you wanted to know... but since you all live so far.. all i can share is knowledge..  and LINKs...

and a HUGE TIP...

if your rear end is chattering around corners...

make SLOW circles to the left  as tight as you can .. then more to the right.. this works the lube in between the clutch packs...

slow so you don't just spin it out..   this works it in.. and smoothes any burrs...

please.. invest in some super magnets..  position it into the housing so they attract the metal filings out of the oil.. keep it out of the bearings..

i had never seen the posi lube device that fits inside the ford housing so any gear oil off the top of the case is deposited into the posi case openings..
