i always heard.. that turkeys were almost flightless birds.. but never though about them NOT being fightless..

and just for humor...

if a turkey tastes so good.. i wonder what a peacock tastes like roasted properly.. ostrich burgers are good..

that reminds me of the famous WKRP in Cincinnati episode where they threw the turkeys out of the helicopter. i looked for a good video for it but couldn't find a good one.

Less Nessman reporting. I have 2 favorite memories of sitcom Thanksgiving. WKRP is one. The other is Cheers where they all get together for Thanksgiving dinner. "Birdzilla" won't let the "popup thingy" cooperate. Turns into a food fight deluxe. I hope everyone's dinner was memorable in a good way.

Let me add my best wishes to one and all for a happy Thaksgiving day.
Due to work schedules my wife and I had our own turkey dinner with just the two of us today - Saturday we get to do it all again with the whole family. Double blessings.
