Will the Energy Suspension polyurethane trans mount enhance a drive line vibration or not make any difference?  thanks

Poly is a high durometer material, and doesn't isolate vibration as well as rubber.  Then again if you're replacing an old, saggy rubber mount misalignment could be causing a vibration in which case any new mount is bound to be an improvement.
