I looked at this tonight. Can't find anything wrong. The throttle body doesn't even open up and it is on high Rpm. 1999 S10. Everything looks to be hooked up. Where is it getting the air at to run?

vacuum line to power brakes would be the largest line off the manifold. It has to be getting air from somewhere.

What\'s that noise?,,, Never mind,, I\'ll check it later

EGR stuck open! IAT sensor hooked up!  Carb cleaner in the intake?? How about any codes set.
Just some guess's.

My guess is a gasket leaking under the intake manifold. The other alternative is a problem with the idle air control.

It was late when I looked a this. I suggested pulling the intake again. Looks to me that with the elongated holes in the gaskets they could slip down and the bolts would go in over the top of them. I willl stop tonight and see what is up.
