Trying to get the 2" stud out of the head. It's rusted pretty good. Tried all I knew but can't get it loose. Any ideas what will penetrate and or lube it up so I can get it out? I'm not looking forward to pulling the head if I don't have to.

I used PB BLaster. It worked on an intake bolt  next to the water jacket on my Corvette.  It worked for me just spray and wait  for it to work(15 to 30 min).
I hope you get it out !!!

X2 on the PB Blaster ...Unless you can get some "GIBBS" brand penetrating oil ..( Good stuff but  $$$YEOW$$$$$  ) ..

Soak it down & "tap" with a small hammer -( Don't "beat" ...Just tap) ...
Soak it down some more & "work" it a little at a time until it comes out ...
It woiks for me ........ 8)

Picked up some "Deep Creep" penetrating stuff (oil?) going to give it a try in the AM. Sprayed it down to-night, going to go for it in the am. Thanks for the ideas.
