Paint ? bout House of Kolor

I just finished painting with some HOK products last week.  Waiting for the clear to cure properly and then cut and buff.  But, I wet sanded my primer with 240 and then 400.  Not a scratch left.  Your right, MM64.  800 is not really enough bite to lay the base on.  I would recommend 400 or 600 ot the most.

Was in the paint store yesterday and they were telling me that I should sand the primer with 800 grit before putting the color down.......  now granted I haven't paint for years but 800 seems way to fine to me...... :? I was thinking more like 400  can someone let me know if they are right
I'm using House of Kolor bc26 sg112 and sg114 with a uc35 top coat

Well got my tech manual from HOK today and they say to sand primer with 360 to 400 wet or dry (wet being best) before putting color down
