I need a different yoke (Neapco PN N2-3-14061X). It has an O.D. of 1.597" . The bad news is, it uses a 3.625" wide U-joint instead of the 3.25" that I have.

There is an adapter U joint for that.
Welcome to hell. Here's your accordion.

There is a guy that is always advertising a power steering box for a 55-57 ford. It is supposed to be a direct bolt on box but you do need to provide the steering shaft and rag joint.
From what I remember it is priced right as well.

Should of said the guy advertises on Ebay in the parts for 55-57 section.

Would love to read more about the EPS.  Maybe restart it on a new thread so as not to further steal Don's thread?

Don, glad to see you making headway on the car, love to hear more as you proceed.

That's what I ended up using.
