I got the word from Larry this morn, I was very sad, but now i see its ok (at least for a while)

Things have really changed for us, like Larry mentioned we are on the bike ALL the time. the poor Lincoln has been out of the garage once this summer (a week ago sunday)  and only 5 times in the previous two yrs
its sad, but on the other hand we are enjoying the bike and seeing the county instead of spending weekends at car shows. we have been on a trip to the smokies last month 1800.00 miles on that trip. Headed to Traverse city next week for a long weekend. been to the U.P twice this summer for quick weekend jaunts LOL. last summer we took 8 days and went to copper harbor Mi, into Wi for a bit and then back up to traverse city. 1900 miles that trip. my buttpadapotomus is my friend LOL (thats what our friends call my air hawk seat pad_

rob tore down the bike this past winter and customized it (cant leave anything alone you know LOL)

I thougt of you yesterday (franks) we rode to Grand Rapids Oh!!!  

I was going to tell Jack and charlie chops and ken that we were going to be in their neighborhood  will be stopping at Hot Rod Harley in Muskegeon next week!!

Its not a chore to get rob to go on the bike, I just pick a place and we go!! It was getting so bad with the car he was just tired of all the crap at the shows. the one we were at a week ago had more 2006-2010's there than a used car lot   The old girl won so she still has it. and I don't me ME lol

someone mentioned F/B yes I am guilty of that!!! and some of you on here are too LOL

well I got the letter today when I got home. with the written offer attached. they said If i meet the offer they will sell it to me.
gee the name on the offer looks familar!!! start digging around in dads stuff and this is the guy that dad had doing all the work on HER house, in his ck register he wrote ck after ck to this guy. He is also the guy who came and picked up the safe with all the coins and took it back to her place, dumped a 1000.00 safe outside in the corn crib (to be ruined) it was raining and he didn't want to move it in the barn!!

He still does stuff for the SB and my guess is she told him what my bid was, just as I figured. funny this guy told marty (my son) when he picked up the safe he warned dad to stay away from her , she was nothing more than a golddigger  :cry:

gee maybe I should call him and tell him about the title issues he will be haveing LOL

Well, finally got some word today on the Mustang. It appears my attorney is sending me a letter telling me that the STEPB had a bid higher than mine to purchase my dads mustang that has been in the family for  44 yrs.  :cry:

I made up my mind when I placed my bid that I would not go any higher. It's our belief that since she doesn't want me to have it for some reason, that she has a ringer!! so guess he will just own the car. Still not sure how she can sell it, after I found out that it is not titled correctly, it is a coupe and its titled as a conv!! I would think she best be disclosing that to someone!!

so I have resolved to the fact that it will be going down the road  :cry: , not an easy decision by any means. I have no idea what the car looks like since she took it back from me last October, we think it sat outside all winter too.

I think that being the only Heir I shouldn't even have to BUY it. Please Please everyone, again a reminder to get your wills done!!!

I can't believe how long she has drug this whole thing out. I just want her out of my life at this point.

oh yes, and she also sold the coin collection that was to go to my dads only great grandson  :cry:

Had a great time, THANKS KEN!!!! Glad we made it, wish we could have stayed longer. Got home about 10:45, it was starting to get chilly. ran into a bike accident about 5 miles from home. Guess two girls crashed, no helmets and alcohol was involved. they air lifted both of them to different hospitals. havn't heard anything since. They had 33 shut down for about 3 hrs.  Had to stop a few times on the way home to rest my BUTT from sitting  :? that was a lot of bike riding for one day!!

The FF were Awsome!!!!

Very cool, the last one we got from him for the lincoln said the "car I'd most like to hang out with" and had a chrome hanger mounted on wood LOL

we got one with the Pontiac, when it was in primer, it was an old fashioned bug sprayer on a plaque, it said "California Suede" coolest primer award.

I can't remember the other but its was also from the lincoln, robs got so much stuff in the car room i can't find it and i don't remember what that one said

to the 100+ members in the next 7 days LMAO!!!!  I think a lot of people haven't fixed their Birthdays from back when we had to re-sign up or whatever happened then.

Some of the real estate companies up here use that type camera for a "Virtual Tour" of a house for sale.
It sure is a lot better than a bunch of small pictures.

My daughter in law is a realtor and she did this for me as a surprise for me. after the cookout I emailed it to everyone I had an addy for.
