I have GPS speedo in my '57 Chevy, it takes 1 1/2 -2 miles from garage for the system to reset itself, after that it is just fine.

Crosley, Ryobi has a flashlight that uses the same battery , I sure like it.

My sister-in-law has a 99' ford Explorer, v6,auto, that has an intermittent no crank over problem. Starter has been replaced twice, last time w/new not reman.I've checked & cleaned the battery & cables, alternator output is above 14v, this am cold was 14.9v. Solenoid on this model is on starter, not fenderwell. There is a switch ,,on the trans that looks like it may be a neutral safety switch, is it known to be problematic or any other known problems? I'm just trying to help her out, she has helped us out plenty during my wife & my rough 2021.

I have 22 high output 8 ft fixtures in my home shop. The ballast for them are app $34 bucks ea. I am changing them over to led for app. the same $ as a replacement ballast & the leds are better on these old eyes.

I keep a supply on hand of the small 1"x 3" led flashlights HF used to give away w/a purchase & use 2 adel clamps to attach them to the mig gun. works great. Not my idea, saw this on the Hamb long ago.

I'm with WZ Junk, we ride around car dealers lots to see what is out there. I'm not brave enough to paint a car w/o seeing the color  in real time.

I found a low mileage 6.0 LS today with all the accessories and wire harness for $700 today. I guess that is what is going into the 54. I guess I sold those old vans at the right time.

thru the engine but left it stone stock. I sure like it.

i have a 4 1/2 yr old great granddaughter & she has a sister in the oven. She's pretty much got Papa wrapped around her little finger.

We currently own 3 , 2015 Avalon, 2014 chevy truck, 1957 chevy Handyman wagon. Over the years we've had 7 or 8 street rods. My brother & I owned an import repair shop & also rebuilt wrecks for 30 yrs so no way to remember how many cars went thru there. I do remember when we sold the business & cleaned out our files we burnt over 30 VW titles

i collect used dept. store gift boxes at Christmas & save them, they're a good thickness & easily cut w/ scissors

I hear you, I have an antique metal toy collection collecting dust, know I need to move it but just can't get in the mood.

Recovering from a quick trip to Springfield, Mo. for the swap meet. was cancelled & then resumed. Was about 1/4 its normal size, didn't buy anything, 8 hours drive each way. Whew!!

I was there in the car corral on Saturday.  We could have had a meet and greet.  It was my first venture out in public.  I stayed away from people most of the day.  The small crowd at the swap meet made that easier.

Fri evening I had enjoyed all I could stand, we headed for home first thing sat., sorry we missed you.
