My oil pressure Sending Unit?

Shakespeare said, "he who hesitates is lost". For me and my oil pressure sending unit nothing could be more true. Had I bought one and installed it before the cab was bolted down it could have been done with ease. Now it may take a contortionist.
Is there another place to screw it in besides under the distributor?

There should be a plug near the oil filter that is part of the oil system, I don't see why you couldn't put a reducer in it and put the sender there.

what engine?
i'm gonna assume it's a sbc so....
SOMETIMES, not all the time, there's a pressure tap on the passenger side behind the water pump, well, more under the alternater if the alt is on that side.
that being said, how often you gonna change one?
is it worth the fuss?

That's a good point - I assumed it was a small block Chevy also.
