Why is my water pump so hot?????

I think the spec is 140. I don't remember which one I got now, I think 165. I did not drill any holes, didn't know to.

I eventually plan to swap to a 235. Maybe I'll be doing that first! I did flush the rad today and it is better. Let it run for like 30 minutes for the flush. Found out the temp gauge doesn't work right so I'll swap it for a good one next weekend and see what happens.
