got a cast iron t-stat housing for a 69 buick today from one of the parts houses (i won't mention names but their logo is red,white,and blue)

box said "made in mexico"

what's unusual about that?

housing hade "made in china" cast in to it.

yes, it took massaging to make it usable....
read that as ground the wizz out of it... :roll:

i'll prolly get lead poisoning from it :shock:

The box was made in mexico... :D
I started out with nothing and I still have most of it left.

I bought a trans mount recently, on the box was a sticker, "proudly made in the USA" in the box was a paper tag that said "assembled in Mexico", and on the mount was a sticker "Made in Bangladesh" :shock:
