Ok, I'm no help here in Ohio. I would check with sign painters, if they don't do it, they will likely know who does.

put in a call to kms tools they hold classes from time to time, i beleive the guy who does it goes by the name of doc.  there are a couple of guy's here on the island if that helps.

you might also check out the hellcat rods web site i think one of the members there is into striping.
