Vance that was the color we first picked for the Roadster.. Im glad he did it cause now i know its a nice color      I just came in from installing the drive shaft and firing mine up and running it thru the gears      The guy i got the trans from never had a kick down cable hooked up and a short part of the cable is there and pluged in the end. I pulled it out and im missing something inside to hook it up :?:  :?:  I thin i got a picture book comming so's i can see whats missing. That and finished the front wheel bearings.. Now i gotta pull the tie rod and paint all the tie rod ends then im gonna start on the firewall while I work on the exhaust manifolds.  If id have got a little earlier start or no vacation to see the kid id be driving to kzoo
Lets get truckin (no pun intended)  who is gonna be driving first  :?:  :?:  :?:

that means it's going to be a daily driver... sort of...

looking at the pic of the cab all open like that gets me thinking about hidden roll/impact cages hidden and formed tight to the outer skin.

impact cages stay below the window line and protect from side impacts.  maybe there are just too many unlicensed drivers here in los angeles.

i was thinking about how to get them really tight by using flexable exhaust tubing into the corners    this would allow me to get it out and over to the tubing bender to duplicate the bend. without needing to cut the long piece of tubing to pieces....

That is one cool color! Keep posting your progress. We will all be interested in seeing it come together.
