A couple years ago I made skins for the roof of a friends 34 Cabriolet that is being built at Lobeck's Springfield shop. The car is in the May issue of Street Rod Builder in a shop tour ideas and tips article. No mention of the top but still kinda nice to see it in print. There are a series of build pictures at

Those pictures are what should be refered to as  "garage ART". When you mentioned skins, I thought you were tanning deer hydes (sp?). My plans for the roof of the Jeepster is to stretch a patriotic colored tarp over the top bows.Beautiful work, the car is nice too. GPster
