Rear bumper for 38

Well am working on a bumper for the car. Took the stock 38 Ford rear bumper and turned it upside down. Added a 49 chevy  center bracket. Put metal on the top of the braces to make them look better. So here is what it looks like today. Hope to get it painted tomprrow and will see if I like it.

Looks good! Where is L/Plate going to be located?
