Bill, that is awsome!!!!  SHOWOFF!!!    Hope to see that someplace this summer.  Billetproof?
I don't know if you remember me, but back in 99 (I think) at the Merc Duece Reunion, we met you and your wife in Des Moines, we talked to you at length about the interior in your Merc!!  We had just built the Lincoln and were looking to get the interior done.

The Buick is so cool, I have always loved that body style!!

Hope you run into you guys again somewhere, were not that far apart in distance!  Are you going to the KOA show in Lima Memorial weekend? were still debating. Going to a show in Grand Rapids on the 19th also.

WOW  -- 3 WOWs ---Wow is one of my favorite words. A friend
of mine has dyslexia says WOW is one of the few words he can
read and feel like a normal person.

         thanks for all the WOWs

Debb -- Still lots of work on the Buick and haven't decided yet
on which car shows we'll go to this summer.
Mention to Rob  at the Gilmore car show a couple of years
ago  I  told him that I was chopping a 57 Buick -- his
response was "Why would you do that?"

Very subtle and VERY NICE!!!
Great job!! I can see why it took 3 years.

Extremely nice chop.  You have guts with all those little windows and all.  :D

How was the situation regarding getting the glass cut or remade?  This question comes up from someone planning a chop all the time.

Love your Buick.

Don

Don
The windshield and 3 piece rear window were both sunk.
This was done by cutting a slot in the metal edge at the
bottom of the glass so that it can slide through.  Make new
brackets to hold in place.  The only new glass that had to
be cut was the rear quarter window and the vent window
glass.  The door glass remains stock and has a stopper
to prevent the glass from being rolled up too far.

Welcome to the RRT! I REALLY like your Buick......Looks NASTY!! I had never heard of "Sinking" the glass.....Of course,I don't get out much  :P  Sounds like an interesting concept.....I hope I get the chance to see it in person somewhere down the road!
