On my latest project, is it worth the effort to put a Saginaw 525 box in place of a Vega? This is going to be an everyday driver on normal roads. Will I be better off using a Posies rear buggy spring over good parallel rear leafs?  What are the downsides to the rear suspension options?

Just my opinion. A 32 is light enough that a Vega box is fine as long as it's in good shape. And if you are going to haul anything, or tow with it, I would use parallel springs in the rear. As I said, my opinion.
