How do you contact them? I found their website but no way to e-mail them. I'm a member and have received my membership number and three stickers. Is the fellow pages on their way? What about the Street Scene magazine? Just some questions.

Does appear that the greybeards that run NSRA aren't really up to doing business directly over the net.

Really can't speak for them, but I'm sure if you have gotten your stickers that your monthly sub for Streetscene is on the way as best it can be to your locale. You probably won't see the Fellow Pages until near June I suspect.

It would be easier if they did have the internet as when you are on the other side of the world a letter would take ages and a phone call cost a small fortune.

You might try sending messages to either nsra@lunaweb.net or nsra@lunaweb.com both of those adresses are listed as form content on a couple of pages on their site.

Fellow pages are sent out in May and subject to avaliblity after that, I do know we didn't have any left in Kalamazoo. I still have a couple left. If you PM or email me your address I'll mail you out one I have left. :D

As for the StreetScene, like any magazine subscription takes 6-8 weeks depending on when you joined. since you live in Australia I suspect it could be double that! :-o

Some things are slow to change, but us younger guys are working on that.

One thing that has changed for next year is; you can now renew your membership with American Express, Master Card & Visa.  :D (as in years past we only accepted Visa)

Wow im impressed 2 more credit cards!    I wonder why they dont have better net access . Come on I joined NSRA a long time ago ya I quit for a while but only cause of a divorce but they still seem to be in the dark ages.. I dunno about the magazine either  :?: the good guys mag is better but i question all of em cause the same cars show up event after event and i know for a fact thier are some really nice photogenic cars out there. why is it even with street rodder the same cars keep showing up event after event :?:  Id say lazy photo guys myself. This kinda a pet peve of mine and has been for years. On the other hand when I had the heart attack i missed the nashville good guys show and my buddy called and explained the situation and asked if we could transfer our entry to another show after i got out of the joint and felt better. They offered our money back but i never saw it? Not a big deal but if you offer then we expect it. Guess what they can do with the extra funds they have

Heh, heh, being a lifetime member since 73 I ain't been real concerned about that particular issue.

But just for grins, I sure would like to see them come up with something like a season pass. For me it would be a real convenience to be able to pay some amount at once like maybe $200 bucks or so and then let me go to whatever events I can.

Also I'd really like to have full registration by mail, get buttons, stickers and all by mail so I can just pass up finding the registration motel and waiting till registration opens to get buttons before I can get to the show and start taking pics. I kinda like to be at the gates early to take pics and I don't particularly like having to showup on a Thurs to get registered so I can be on the grounds early Friday for the pic taking.

Course the season pass button would solve the second thing.

One thing I notce about NSRA coverage - NSRA leans towards "streetrods" as opposed to "hot rods" - thereis a difference!

I agree the car can make tunes. But get in it and drive 500-900 mi a day or more alone and you might change your mind
