I'm in Dallas right now, picking up fatcat's wife while he earns a living. My wife and I stopped today, and saw WZJunk, he took us to lunch, and then we continued the trip.

Larry and I were putting power electric windows in a Peterbilt truck yesterday. It was outside job and a hot day. Those skinny truck doors do not accomodate street rod power windows very well. I was glad for a little break at lunch. You are right Sum, we went to the Gearhead Cafe.

Getting harder to concentrate on work every day. I have visions of vast flat areas of white salt, the sound of an engine at high RPM's, and the sight of a little dot getting bigger and bigger as a car comes to the 3 mile mark just out from out pit. I am READY TO GO.

How ya likin' that heat and humidity.

I was in Dallas last weekend myself, it was waaaay to hot and humid for my taste. :x

put 775 miles on the little Coupe. had large fun.

Too Hot, and Too humid is right. I left home monday morning, it took me two days of driving to get here.

Yes I will be at Bonneville, but I'll be meeting you there, and not at your house. I am flying out of Louisville to go to Bville, I have to be in Vegas sunday morning for a christening

Will this trip take you through Mississippi? Vicksburg is on I-20 where it crosses the Mississippi River.
